Concrete driveway building
When a driveway has cracked or sunk, we tear it out, rebuild the base and pour a new slab.
Concrete patio construction
A new patio or a bigger one, sloped so rain runs away from the house instead of toward the door.
Stamped concrete services
Concrete pressed with a stone or brick pattern, for a patio, walk or pool deck where plain gray feels too plain.
Concrete sidewalk building
Walkways from the driveway to the door or along the side yard, poured where an old path has heaved or broken.
Garage floor concrete
Garage floors replaced or poured new, worth doing when the old slab is cracked, pitted or uneven under the car.
Decorative concrete
Color, stain or exposed stone in the surface, for concrete you want to look at and not just walk on.
Concrete retaining walls
Where a yard steps down or soil pushes against a slope, a poured wall holds it back and steers the water.
Concrete floor installation
Interior concrete floors for additions, workshops and outbuildings, poured flat so finishes or equipment can go right on top.
Concrete pool decks
Pool decks with a surface that grips when wet, around a new pool or in place of a cracked, settling deck.
Concrete steps construction
Front and back steps with even rises, for when old ones have pulled away from the house or started to rock.
Slab foundation building
Slab foundations for a new home, addition or garage, with rebar, the steel that ties the slab together, set before the pour.
Foundation installation
Foundation work for property owners building something new, sized for what will sit on it and the ground under it.
Concrete parking lot building
For businesses and bigger properties, parking lots poured thick enough for the traffic and graded so water drains off.
Concrete footings
Footings under posts, walls, columns and additions, dug to firm ground so whatever sits on them stays where it's built.
Foundation raising
If part of a slab or foundation has dropped, we look at why it moved first, then raise it.
Concrete cutting
Clean cuts for openings, trenches or old slabs, when a plumbing line, a doorway or a new pour needs room.
How a West Palm Beach job runs. Permit first, then the pour.
The city's Building Division reviews permit applications here, and a permitted pour waits on that review, so paperwork often sets the start date. To pull permits, a contractor registers with the city by showing a state or county competency license, a city business tax receipt and liability and workers' comp insurance, so ask to see them.
We pull the permit as your licensed, fully insured contractor and keep you posted while it's in review. Price moves with the slab's size and thickness, the old concrete coming out, the base work and the finish, and I'll walk you through them and put what's included in writing.

(561) 268-0415A West Palm Beach slab lasts from below. We start there.
Concrete that fails usually went wrong before the pour. If the ground is raked level instead of dug out and packed, the slab settles with the dirt and cracks, and if nobody checks where the water runs, a patio can end up tipping toward the house. Pour in the midday heat and the top can turn weak and dusty.
That's why I put the money into the subgrade, the packed ground under the slab, before the finish on top. You can't see it on day one, and it's the first thing a tight budget cuts, but it's what keeps your slab flat.
We pour beyond West Palm Beach too. Ask about your city.
We're based in Wellington and also work in Royal Palm Beach, Greenacres and the other cities below. If your city isn't listed, call (561) 268-0415 and ask.
Questions about concrete in West Palm Beach. Here are the answers.
Read through these before we talk, and if your question isn't here, call (561) 268-0415 and I'll answer it, even if you've asked it before.
Do I need a permit for a concrete driveway in West Palm Beach?
Yes, the city says driveways need a building permit no matter what the work costs, even under the newer small-job exemption. Skipping it can mean a penalty fee, daily fines that can be recorded as a lien and a harder time selling or refinancing, so a new driveway is worth permitting.
Does the under $7,500 permit exemption cover a concrete patio in West Palm Beach?
It can, if your home is single-family and the work is under $7,500, an exemption that started July 1, 2026. You or your contractor have to ask the city for it in writing. Structural work, driveways and property partly or fully in a flood hazard area don't qualify, and a patio job can't be split to stay under it.
How do I check if my West Palm Beach property is in a flood zone?
Use the flood information on the city's Development Services page, which lets you look up whether your property is in a flood zone. The city says its flood maps keep changing, so check again before a project. It matters for concrete because a lot in a flood hazard area can't use the small-job permit exemption.
Will my new concrete driveway in West Palm Beach crack like the old one?
It can still crack, because concrete shrinks as it hardens, but we plan where. We cut control joints, grooves that give a crack a straight place to form, build on a packed base so the slab has firm ground under it, and keep cars off while it cures, the wait while it gains strength.
Is your slab cracking or sinking? Ask me to come look.
Call (561) 268-0415 or use the form and tell us what's cracked or pooling, and we'll set a time to look at the ground under it.
