Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Optimum Wellington Concrete, concretewellington.com, sales@concretewellington.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Optimum Wellington Concrete website, starting at our home page, and the concrete work we quote and do for you. By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job with us, you agree to them.

If you have a signed estimate or contract with us, that document wins wherever it differs from this page, because it is written for your job and your property. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or book work through it.

What we do

Optimum Wellington Concrete is a concrete contractor in Wellington, FL. We pour and repair driveways, patios, pool decks, sidewalks, steps, slabs, footings and other concrete work for homes and businesses in Wellington and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on the About page.

What the site says about our services is general information to help you plan. It isn't an offer to do a specific job at a specific price, because every property is different. The scope of your job is whatever your written estimate or contract describes.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, with no obligation to hire us. Your estimate is based on what we can see and measure that day, including the size of the area, the thickness of the slab, the finish you choose, access for the truck and the condition of the ground the concrete will sit on.

Some things only show up once the old concrete is out, such as buried debris, roots, soft or wet soil, or old footings. If we find something like that and it changes the work, we stop and explain it, and we won't do the extra work or charge for it until you approve the change.

An estimate holds for the period written on it. After that, material and labor costs can change, so we may need to update the price before we schedule.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We schedule your job once you approve the estimate, and we give you a target date, not a promise. Concrete depends on the weather, so heavy rain, extreme heat or a storm can push a pour back a day or more, because pouring in the wrong conditions makes a weaker slab.

If you need to cancel or move your date, call us at (561) 268-0415 as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered materials or started work, you pay for the materials ordered and the work done up to that point, as set out in your estimate or contract.

New concrete needs time to cure, which is the wait while it hardens and gains strength before it can take weight. We'll tell you when it's safe to walk on and drive on. Using it sooner can damage it, and that damage isn't covered by us.

Payment

Your estimate or contract lists the price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.

If a payment is late, we may pause any remaining work until it's paid. If we have to go to collections or court to recover what's owed, you agree to pay the reasonable costs of doing that, to the extent Florida law allows.

Your side of the job

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to tell us about anything we should know before we start, such as sprinkler lines, buried pipes or wiring, septic parts, or property line questions. You're responsible for getting any approval your homeowners association requires unless we agree in writing to handle it.

Concrete trucks and equipment are heavy. We take care getting in and out, but some marks on grass, soil or landscaping near the work area are a normal part of the job, and we aren't responsible for them unless your contract says so.

Warranties

We're licensed and fully insured, and we stand behind our work. Any written warranty for your job is the one in your contract, and it covers only what it says.

Concrete is a natural material, and small hairline cracks can show up even on a well-built slab. We cut control joints, which are planned grooves that give the concrete a place to crack where it won't show much, but we can't promise a slab will never crack. Color, texture and finish can also vary a little from samples and from section to section.

Beyond any written warranty, we don't make other promises about our work or this website, as far as Florida law allows. That includes damage from settling soil, tree roots, standing water, heavy vehicles, deicers or harsh chemicals, use before the concrete has cured, or changes someone else made after we finished.

Limits on our liability

As far as Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim about our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost use of your driveway, lost income or other costs that follow from a delay or a problem with the work.

Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't let a business limit, such as harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence.

Using this website

The text, photos and other content on this site belong to Optimum Wellington Concrete or are used with permission. You may read and share it for personal use, but you may not copy it for business use without asking us.

We try to keep the site accurate, but it's general information and may contain mistakes or be out of date. Don't rely on it in place of an on-site estimate for your property.

If we disagree

If you're unhappy with our work, call or write to us first and give us a fair chance to come back out and look at it, because most problems get settled that way. If we still can't agree, we'll both try mediation in good faith before anyone goes to court.

Any lawsuit about these terms or our work will be filed in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

Which law applies

These terms and any job we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to rules that would apply another state's laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site. Changes don't affect a job you've already signed for, which stays under the terms in place when you signed.

How to reach us

If you have a question about these terms or a job with us, call Optimum Wellington Concrete at (561) 268-0415 or send us a note through the Contact page. We reply within 1 business day.
