What this policy covers
This policy explains how Optimum Wellington Concrete handles the information you share with us through this website. We're a concrete contractor in Wellington, FL, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions, give you a quote and do the work you ask us to do.
It applies to every page on our site, from the home page to About and Contact. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, because those sites have their own policies.
What information we collect
When you fill out a form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email, the address of the job and a few words about what you need, like a cracked driveway or a new patio.
When you call us at (561) 268-0415 or send us an email, we keep a record of your contact details and what we talked about, so whoever follows up knows your job.
Our site may also collect basic visit details automatically, such as the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use, and roughly where you're visiting from. This comes from analytics tools and cookies, and it doesn't tell us who you are by name.
How we use cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site works properly and remembers basic settings. We may use them, along with analytics tools, to see which pages people read and where the site needs work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work for reading and calling us, though some features, like forms, may not behave as smoothly.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, set up an on-site visit, prepare your quote, schedule the work and follow up once the job is done.
We use visit data only to understand how the site is used and to make it clearer and faster for the next homeowner. We don't use your details to send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We do rely on a few outside services to run the business, such as the company that hosts our website, the tool that powers our contact form, and our email and phone providers. They handle your information only so they can provide that service to us.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our customers, our crew or the business.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact and job details for as long as we need them to finish your project, stand behind our work and keep ordinary business and tax records.
If you reach out and we never end up working together, we don't hold on to your details longer than we have a reason to. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we're required to keep certain records, and if so, we'll tell you why.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under your state's privacy laws, and we'll honor those too.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes and properties. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The current version will always be on this page, so you can check it whenever you like.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (561) 268-0415 or reach us through our contact page. We reply within 1 business day.
Tell us what you'd like us to look into, and we'll work it out with you directly. You can learn more about who we are on our About page.
